Things To See And Do
The park has 16 reconstructed sites for you to see and learn about, from the Dolmen to Fulacht Fiadh and the Crannog to Viking Ship. The park is situated on 35 acres for you to explore, from hillside to estuary and woodland to riverbank.
Heritage experiences bring you up close and personal with day-to-day life. Try your hand at Falconry. Sleep in the Ringfort or a Viking house.
Join any one of the three guided tours - Pre-Historic Ireland, Early Christian Ireland or The Age of Invasion – or make a day of it and do all three.
Our restaurant and café facility with both indoor and outdoor seating, is situated in the Visitor Centre building and offers spectacular views over the Crannog.
We welcome primary and secondary school groups as well as students from colleges and universities.
