Our tour guides, in their medieval costumes, are brim full of facts, figures, dates and great stories, covering 9,000 years of Ireland’s
pre-history and history. There are three separate tours that run throughout the day. Each tour focusses on a different era
of Ireland’s past.

Pre-Historic Ireland: 10.15am & 1:30pm.
Early Christian Ireland: 11:00am & 2:15pm.
Age of Invasion: 12:00pm & 3:15pm.
The story of our earliest ancestors,
from the last Ice Age on.
How did Christianity come to Ireland? What did the first churches look like? How did monks live?
Viking and Anglo-Norman and invasion and colonisation, both of which greatly impacted the area surrounding the park itself.
We welcome primary and secondary school groups as well as students from colleges and universities.
